Paella Valenciana

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. Of rabbit
  • 400 gr. Of chicken
  • 250 gr. Of green beans.
  • 150 gr. Of table.
  • 150 gr. Of carob.
  • 1 ripe tomato.
  • 500 gr. Of rice
  • 8 tablespoons of oil.
  • A little sweet red pepper.
  • Saffron
  • Salt

 

Preparation:

In a pan on the heat, we throw the oil and once the meat is chopped, we season it well and add tender beans, garrofó and tavela. We continue with the sauce for about eight minutes and we throw the grated tomato. We move a bit and add rice, pepper, saffron and water. When boiling, adjust salt.
